Good communication is critical to client acceptance of your recommendations. The NCVEI offers online training in communication skills and a survey to help you understand your communication style.

The resource center of the NCVEI website contains articles, links, studies and other information to help you run your practice better –there is a special section for referral practices as well as many articles in the general practice section that can be helpful to specialty and emergency practices as well.
