The following information reflects the AVMA’s commitment to maintain our Web site visitors' rights to privacy and the confidentiality of personal information. We use session ID cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply expires.

The association and corporate logos appearing on this Web site are delivered to users by organizations and corporations that have contributed to the tools appearing on this Web site. Information about users' visits to this site, such as number of times they have viewed the associations' or corporations' Web sites (but not user name, address, or other personal information), is used solely as general information to those organizations, in aggregate form only, and not tied to any personally identifiable information. Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files. On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account.
